I received my training from the Health Coach Institute, whose training is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). As a Certified Life Coach, I am well-equipped to provide guidance and support to clients who are looking to make positive changes in their lives.
My emphasis on a person-centered approach is also commendable. By tailoring my coaching programs to each individual client's needs and goals, I can help you achieve long-lasting and meaningful results.
My experience in higher education mentoring and cultivating personal and professional growth will also be invaluable in my coaching practice. I have a deep understanding of the challenges that individuals face in their personal and professional lives, as well as the skills and strategies needed to overcome those challenges.

Born and raised in Southern California. I have 9+ years of experience working in higher education. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Microsoft Office, and Leadership. Strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor's in Human Development from California State University-San Bernardino and a Master's in Higher Education in Student Affairs from the University of Redlands.
